You may have noticed some changes happening at Barry Field. In an effort to create a secure environment for our students, and for those who utilize the field for special events, a fence is being installed around the perimeter of Barry Field. This field is used regularly for our 1st-5th grade Physical Education classes, and having a barrier between the students and the adjacent roads is important.
We know, however, that we have many people in our community who use the field on a regular basis to walk, run, or throw a ball around with their family. The gates to Barry Field will remain open, except during special events or when in use by students.
We hope that this area will continue to be a resource for our community for years to come, and appreciate your understanding during the fence construction.
