Homecoming 2023

It’s Homecoming at Smithville ISD!  All week students have participated in Homecoming dress-up days, parades, and pep-rallies, and it all comes down to TONIGHT!   Join us at 7pm, before kick-off, to see who will be crowned our Homecoming King and Queen for 2023!  This year’s nominees are:

  • Elsa Clapsaddle and Tommy Henry

  • Claire Kennon and Chris De La Pena

  • Avery Bezner and Fabian “Momo” Trevino

  • Andrea Mondragon and Mitchell Holloway

  • Jade Elam and Reese Klaerner

After the announcement of our King and Queen, there will be additional special guests.  The National Anthem will be performed by hometown musician, Hannibal Lokumbe, and we will recognize the Class of 1988 Football Team.   This group was coached by Jimmy Trousdale (Offensive Coordinator), Mike Rhinehart (Defensive Coordinator), and the late Bob Harris as Head Coach/AD.  Coach Harris' daughters, Brennan and Kelley, will be present to represent him during the evening's festivities.

We are excited to have so many "hometown heroes" present for tonight's game!  Let's all cheer on our Tigers as they take on La Grange!
